The public website at https://soyio.id (the “Website”) is operated by Soyio SpA, RUT No. 77.830.754-5 (“Soyio”). These Terms and Conditions govern exclusively access to, navigation of, and use of the Website's public content.

They do not apply to the Soyio platform or any of its modules, account creation or use, the dashboard, interfaces, integrations, or other Soyio services. Those are governed by the applicable contracts, proposals, service orders, or specific terms.

Soyio is a modular software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform focused on personal data protection compliance, comprising identity verification, authentication, consent management, data subject rights, and Prisma AI modules. This description is provided solely for information, and these Terms and Conditions apply only to the Website.

The Website provides general information about Soyio, its modules, and matters relating to technology, privacy, and personal data protection. Published information is for reference and does not constitute an offer or contractual proposal.

Visiting or browsing the Website, downloading materials, or sending a contact request does not create a contractual, advisory, or service relationship between the visitor and Soyio. This also applies to Soyio's responses, which are informational or commercial and do not constitute professional advice. Any contract requires separate acceptance of the corresponding instrument.

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• —accessing or attempting to access systems, accounts, data, or nonpublic areas without authorization;
• —circumventing, breaching, or testing the Website's security measures without authorization;
• —introducing malicious code or interfering with the Website's integrity, security, or availability;
• —extracting, collecting, or reusing Website content in bulk or by automated means without Soyio's prior written authorization, or collecting its staff's contact details;
• —impersonating Soyio or third parties, or violating third-party rights through the Website.

As stated in clause 1, these Terms and Conditions do not govern access to Soyio's platform, dashboard, or application programming interfaces.

Soyio may restrict, suspend, or block Website access for anyone violating this clause, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

The Website and its content, including text, images, designs, trademarks, logos, and other available elements, belong to Soyio or are used with their owners' authorization and are protected by applicable law.

Access to the Website does not transfer any rights in those elements. Materials Soyio makes available for this purpose may be viewed, downloaded, reproduced, and circulated within the visitor's organization for personal or internal professional purposes, retaining ownership notices.

Any other reproduction, modification, adaptation, distribution, public communication, or exploitation requires Soyio's prior written authorization, unless the law provides otherwise. Soyio reserves all rights not expressly granted in this clause.

Website content, including articles, educational materials, and regulatory references, is general and does not constitute legal, regulatory, technical, or compliance advice. It does not consider each visitor's particular circumstances or replace professional advice.

Personal data processing associated with the Website, including cookies and measurement tools, is governed by Soyio's Privacy Notice, available under Privacy Notice.

Soyio may update these Terms and Conditions. The current version is the one published on the Website with its last-updated date. These changes do not alter contracts or specific conditions applicable to separately contracted services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute over their interpretation, application, or validity shall be submitted to the ordinary courts seated in the municipality of Santiago, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules. This clause does not alter the dispute resolution mechanisms in contracts between Soyio and its customers.
